The hair in the first pic is by Peggy, pay. It was released this summer, maybe 25 hairsets ago.

A similar one to the Rosesims hair is also by Peggy, pay, I think one of her first 25 pay meshes.

I have a very slow connection, so I'm too lazy to look the numbers up.
