I'm new here on this site, well I've never been on the forum.
And I was in the object-creating forum, 'cause I couldn't find this forum, but I finally found it, with someone's help.
Uhm, my question is how can I edit a mesh?
I have no experience at all, I don't even have the tools.
I'd like to edit the mesh of Jill Valentine's outfit, from Resident evil,
on Rosesims' webpage. Here is the link:

I want to edit the outfit at the right. Can I get help? I'm from The Netherlands, so be patient with me, please. I think I just need a good tutor.
