I don't have any proper stuff to work with, as anything I try to upload has to be made with free software, as Gimp refuses to open. P.S.: I got my game to work on Windows 10.

Short answer? You can't. Windows Paint is basically useless for making Sims content. Ideally, you should be using something with layer capabilities. I'd try to get GIMP working, or find another free program. I Googled "free paint programs with layers" and came up with quite a few results (I can't vouch for any of them, though, since I use Photoshop Elements for making Sims content and haven't tried any of the free programs other than GIMP).

I made eyes with: https://pixlr.com/editor/
And so, I am wondering how I can fix it to become Sim Eyes.

Just save the texture of the eye, replace the old texture with the new one and then hit the refresh button.

You can use windows paint! I use it all the time! It is very good, you see, I like to copy images of clothes, eyes, or makeup and paste them onto the thing i'm making it is super easy and you can make amazing eyes with it, you just have to blend and use different tones. And fakepeeps7, I LOVE your clothes you make they are so adorable

Here's a basic tutorial on how to use Bodyshop: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=172166
It's written for clothes, but the process is the same for eyes - just pick "Create Genetics" instead of "Create Clothes", and pick an eye colour to clone instead of a dress.

Please also keep to one thread per project you're working on, unless you take a really long break and then come back to it.

Silly, Nysha. ebflover777 was asking whether it was possible to make eyes with Windows Paint, not how to make eyes. But I'm glad this thread was made. I was wondering the same!

If you look at post #3, you'll see that they specifically asked how to turn their eye textures into sim eyes.
