This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default Sim bathing in clothes, and no change effects
I have CC kkw and master controller.
I don't know, but I had this useless mod installed: http://modthesims.info/d/588632/outfit-changer.html
and I didn't like it, because I like the game effect.
So I unistalled it, but now, my sims try to change to the nude outfit but it has no visible effects.
I have cleaned all the caches but, nothing.

Does your sim have the "never nude" trait?

No, I solve the problem. It was the kkw mod, I will have to contact the creator, then.
