i have made kool video but somehow didnt want accept my uploading and i even put information and still didnt to accept it any request..

I don't think MTS 2 hosts videos.
take a look at the creator guidelines

what you could do, if you want to share it with us,
is host it somewhere else, like the official sims site,
and link it in the Sim Movies forum on Mod the Sims Community

they do b/c when you go to add programing their movie clips from different users...

oh, you made clips for the sim-tv?
sorry, I misunderstood you. I thought you had made a regular sim movie
did you make sure to rar or zip it?

firstit was hard to upload it but i try and try until it accept it and i even try on the upload but didnt accept it like that one..
