Default Need help with Milkshape! Please!
When I join 2 group I see this line...How I fix that?

You select the vertices on that line and choose align normals from the vertex menu.
That is if you have demon's msAlignNormals installed.

I fix the problem with the line in Milkshape, but in the game looks like that...

Either the joint assignments or the VertexID values for the vertices on each side of your seam are different. Both must match at each pair of vertices so that both pieces are animated in the same manner.

I though so. It was designed that way... the seam at the arms will be where the cloth and skin meet.

But these lines also appear in the game is a little strange, maybe I changed something in Milkshape is causing this?

This certainly looks like you had auto-smooth enabled when you exported. Try selecting all vertexes and aligning the entire mesh.
