Default How do i create custom skins in TS3?

I need help with creating custom skins with TS3, I used TS2 body shop when I played TS2, but I don't know which tutorial/program to follow on how to make custom skins. I don't want to download a bunch of files because my computer is just about full on disk space, but if it's the only option, i'll just have to accept it. If anyone has any helpful information about this, please reply, I enjoyed making custom skins in the sims 2, and i would like to do it again with the sims 3
