Default Changing Lot Size?
I created a house that I saved to the bin using a lot that was 40x40. The house doesn't actually take up all that space so I wanted to change it to something smaller so that I have choices available when placing it from the bin. Is there any way to change the size of the lot without having to start over on a new lot?

No. There is currently no way to shrink a lot in TS3.

I really wish someone would find a way to hack this. I've downloaded so many beautiful houses but these awful set lot sizes really restrict the gameplay.
