This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage
Default Removing manager talent badge requirement?
Is there anyway to turn an employee into a manager EVEN IF they don't have the necessary 5 badge points? Maybe a cheat code or a hack?

I found it much easier to just use the Simblender to give employees some random badges so I could promote them.

Totally agree with sushigal007 , the Simblender will work for this and does so many other things as well. However , if you're really lazy like me , you can just put this http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,7471.0.html in your dl folder and never have to mess with it or worry about it again. Plus , if your sims are money conscious they will be paying less to a manager ( or any employee) that has fewer skill badges. Works for me on AL/ M and G.
