This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time
Default Use Own Objects
i am in current need of a mod that will allow me to use my own items...e.g my cars......and put them in a community lot.........please someone help me

Your own items? What d'you mean by that? Objects you've made? Residential-only objects? There are tonnes of mods to enable placement of residential-only objects on community lots - a quick search will find them.
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
