It's a known bug within the game itself
It happens randomly when using sims downloaded from the gallery!

Mod has been updated to the most recent patch 1.99.305.1020

Starting funds for one sim is 500000 with an increment of 50000 per additional sim.
Total simoleons limited by UI design will be 2147483647

I haven't installed this mod yet, so i apologise for the dumb question. But I was wondering, yes the household limited in increased, yay. But if its not already, is it possible to increase the transfer limit (which is currently 9.9mil) from your business funds to household funds?

That would have to be a diferente mod, I may have a look at it when I have the chance

I'd like to point out something about this mod. Its now constantly throwing me an error saying that money values are out of range. I also use MCCC along with this mod, and it keeps giving me this error.

There's definitely a glitch with the mod. I've got about 2.1 billion dollars and I'm unable to move into any lots. It keeps saying, "Can't afford this lot."
I tried it without the mod and it brought it back to the max 9.9mill, and I was able to move the family into the lot. I didn't save it because I like having over 2 billion in funds. lol

I just tested with that value and could buy a regular residential property or rent a Residential Rental.
