I was looking for an item or mod that would allow for access to all of the sliders available during the primary CAS when you start a "family". I want to be able to completely "remodel" my sims after they have been created. Is there any item or mod available for this? If not, can someone tell me how to do this or could someone make one?

You'll need Awesomemod, which is a core mod, to do that - it has a cheat to do it. editsim - I think. It does a LOT more than just that (though many features are customizable) so read VERY carefully about its features before deciding whether or not to get it.
