I used to have this lovely set before my Windows 10 installation corrupted and took my CC with it. I've been rebuilding my collection, but there seems to be something up with this particular set. On The Sims Resource it currently says "Not published yet!" where the download button usually is. Weird, considering I definitely had this set and its blue recolour is downloading fine. If its working for anyone else, let me know what you did differently, or if someone currently has it and can send it to me I would be very grateful.
