Default How "deep" can numerical values go in tuning files?
Sorry, I didn't know how to word it otherwise, but here is an example:

The tuning files for elevators set the chance for the last Sim to exit to get stuck between the closing doors to 0.1. The comments mention that the range is 0-1. I have currently changed the value to 0.025 and it seems to have an effect but then I began to wonder how many decimals down the line will be read by the game. Would 0.002 still cause the event to happen, but very very rarely so, or when will the game start to read it as a 0 then?
