Wish it could work =( But still nice Deco!

Aaaactually, Shivar has a mod that makes Sims wash their hands 75% of the time automatically after using the toilet. Clean Sims will do so 100% of the time and Slobs will never wash their hands.
It makes a few other changes as well. I use it in my own game and it still works fine with 1.50.

Oooh, man, this is perfect. I love these sorts of things- deco that make things feel more "official" eheheheh.

I played TS2 so much before TS3 that I am always looking for deco items (like this one) and then remembering "oh, yeah, that's TS2, not TS3!" So, thanks for converting this!
