Default Will This Computer Run the Sims 4?
Yes, yes, creative thread title I know. Anyway, I'm getting a new laptop as a graduation present, and I was wondering if anyone here who's tech-savy thinks if it should be okay, providing the game isn't a complete disaster.

Operating system
Windows 8.1 64 (Lenovo's site doesn't specify whether it's home or pro, but my last laptop from them came with 7 Home, so I think it will be similar)

Processor
4th Generation Intel Core i7-4700MQ Processor (2.40GHz 1600MHz 6MB)

RAM
8.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz

Graphics card
NVIDIA GeForce GT755M GDDR5 2GB

Hard drive(s) capacity and speed
1TB 5400 RPM + 24GB SSD

Some of these specs vary from model to model, but mostly the variation is in the SSD (there's one model with 8GB SSHD), display (which won't matter), and whether it has a DVD drive or a Bluray drive (which won't matter unless the game is on Bluray from some bizarre reason. But only PS3 and PS4 games are on Bluray so).
