I found ONE mod that allows kids to make ANYTHING, but they can't serve it! I just want them to be able to make cereal and sandwiches - and EAT them. Guess I could always just not LET them make all the other stuff... Or PB&J? Or my son's fav - ketchup sandwich..

Yes, I wish the simple food without using the stove was possible like making their own cereal, here is a mod that a child can make fruit juices on their own. Be sure to read what may conflict with this mod.
I am sure you have already seen this mod yourself http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=560140

I've been using madcats "kids can cook" mod in my game for years. Children can cook all meals with Maxi appliances and serve them. See reply #67 (scroll down the page) here: http://www.simbology.com/smf/index....g75777#msg75777. I have all EP's and SP's and I've never had any problems in my game. Children will cook autonomously if their hunger is really low, and they gain cooking skills and food enthusiasm.

I use this one http://modthesims.info/d/76587 might even be the same mod.

I use Carrigon's hacked stove, although I modded it a lot to limit the meals they could cook and to make it look prettier. But sims 2 workshop brings up a this site has been suspended page, so I can't link you. :O

It's not the same mod - different creators. Madcats's mod enables maxi in-game refrigerators and stoves to be used by children - that's it; all refrigerators and stoves continue to function as normal; no autonomy is lost. It does not work with custom refrigerators or stoves.

Carrigon's got a new address and she's putting stuff up at the moment. Unfortunately, I don't have the url. It's mostly her TS1 stuff going up atm though.

I see you aren't a juice fan..you'd know 100% hunger gets filled up with one glass.

I very much dislike 4shared, no info there on which button to click without getting something else and to get a zip, it goes to a popup for twitter facebook and google.

@Duine ... I dislike 4shared too ... too many distractin DL buttons so you don't know hat to click on and what's bait

anyways ... if I get a 4shared link and I really want the item .. I click on the download (the right one :P) and w/ the pop up pick to log in through my FB then it allows me to get to and download that which I want. I believe it's the same if you were to use google or twitter. I have a game FB and junk mail accts that I use just for these kinds of things so as not to allow all the junk and spam to fill up my other accts.

@maxon ... I went and looked inn the files but didn't see a file called hacked stove, was it given a different name?

Thanks CaliBrat, I'll check it out later and see if I can figure it out. I need to log in to get a download from there? I do have Google, but not twitter.

For some odd reason I thought of this thread w when I saw Wintermuteai1 indoor edible plants. He made indoor orange tree, apple tree, tomato plant, banana tree, grilled cheese plant, marshmallow plant, cherry pie plant, hot dog plant, a hamburger tree, and a leg of lamb tree ... lol.
