I play my Build a City Challenge in a desert hood and can always use these types of houses. This will be perfect for my families that can afford a larger, upscale home. Really nice work, thanks for sharing!

Fergus! Thank you so much for the dedication. I love it! From 1980 - 82, I lived in Santa Fe, and believe me, this house looks so authentic. It's always been my favorite style of architecture and décor. The colors and textures you used created the perfect ambiance. Looking forward to more sims2 lots from you! Thanks again!

So glad you decided to share this house, it's gorgeous
I see that you used UC to create this house, please tick all the EPs/SPs as required. Unlike TS3 downloaders need to have the same game configuration as the creator to be able to play the house otherwise it runs the risk of crashing their game.

EDIT: All ticked, thank you You might like to edit the text too.

Want a specific style of house or community building? Why not take a look at my profile and see what I build and then come ask me to make it!

I'm gonna echo what triciamanly said- this definitely came out great! I can easily imagine seeing houses like this all over the place around here- Very convincing!
