Default MESH-tig-am-alphaloincloth Question
As I was googling for sarong and kikepa meshes I stumbled across this:

What made it interesting is that the meshes used are ekinege_ssflp_MESH and MESH-tig-am-alphaloincloth, apparently for both genders. It is an adfly download (and awful to boot...or at least, very much not to my taste), so I wasn't about to get it, but since I can't look for myself, I thought I'd ask. Can a male mesh like Tiggerypum's be used for females without alteration?

No, male and female necks don't align so an unaltered male mesh will have a large gap around the neck on females.

You would also wind up with your sims having the same body shape as male sims, as the mesh is for the whole body, not just the clothes - but that might be what you were aiming for.

What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
