I'm redoing the stories while writing a walk-through guide. The only problem I've ever had is at the same spot, & wondering if I'm missing something. Alice and Sam finished the qualifier for final dog show. The next part is where Otis shows up for the 1st time. He doesn't show up for a few days usually. The last time I did this without him arriving afterwards I tried a few things to try and kick start the next goal. I gave Sam a bath, taught a new command, went to a community lot and returned home. I then got the re-cap of events for that part. Either that nite or the next day Otis showed up. I tried these things this time and still no re-cap. I'm not sure what exactly triggers it. Alice and Sam's relationship is at Master, he learned 3 commands, has his skills to 60 for all equipment so far, all goals complete including the trial show and all items obtained up to and including the self-filling dog bowl. I'm not sure what else there is unless there is normally a few days off before the next goal. Any one have an idea what it might be?

Finally got it about 5 or 6 days later of 'Me time'! It's either learning 5/7 commands or Roll Over. Once Sam learned Roll Over , his 5th command, I got the message about finishing that part.

I have never had any problems in any of the Stories games that was not caused by a mod.

When you do a write up you should play it with out mods and this way the story will unfold as it should.
