You're right-but the links that were previously discussed are still valid-in fact, Jade Elliot's is the first and probably the best of the lot. I had downloaded Plymouth Falls just recently.
Sorry about that! Thankfully there are other ROS available for download..

The one I use is Jade Elliot's. I do have to say that I thought of some rules regarding the whole death scenario. A chance of 1 in 9 is very high for every house that I roll. Last time I rolled death 3 times in the span of 1 university rotation. One of my university dorms would have been empty by now. :')

Number 10 on Jade's list is a reroll, so I made that one a neighbourhood scenario I can roll, like building a new community lot or bulldozing one.
