Hi,

Which program do i use to alter the pie menus i ts2? sim pe? i also want to know what program can chande catalog descriptions.

im a reall stupid idiot when it comes to modding (i tried ts1 and sucked) so ill just stick with text altering rather than new meshes, recolours ect and so the simplest single program that does both if possible.
