Dear Sterling and Houdini, ( AKA- my chinchillas...)

It is day two of listening to your bickering over something that is not meant for either one of you.

The sheet that lines the back of your cage is there to keep all of your combined mess somewhat contained. It is not meant to be pulled into your cage where it is shredded and or used as a blanket. If you can't play nice and stop with all the rapid clucking which in human terms would be like yelling over each other in a argument, I will separate you. It makes no difference to me either way. I'm still going to have to sweep, vacuum and clean your cage daily.

The choice is yours,

The mean human.

Been thinking about my strategy to unlock every single fighter once I get my copy of the Super Smash Brothers Ultimate game. I probably should use Donkey Kong as he's got speed, strength and size to plow approaching challengers when presented with the first game starting lineup.

Then again, right now, I am getting ready to calm down and eat cold matcha soba.

I used to have a great strategy for unlocking the unlockables on any given game. Basically, wait for my brother do it, then copy his save like a sneaky ninja! Of course, he had to go and ruin all that by growing up, moving out and getting a life.

My husband doesn't like the same games I do.

I'm getting really nervous about graduating tomorrow. Out of my friends, I'm the only one graduating with a MSc Psychology, the rest have all specialised (e.g. Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology) so I won't get to sit near them. It wasn't as bad with my Bachelors degree because in the 3 years I got to know more or less the whole class, but I was only a Masters student for a year and most of the time I didn't have many socialising opertunities, didn't live on campus, and took most of the Neuro/clinical classes with the Neuro/clinical students.

Then there's the pregnancy. Morning sickness, frequent urination, chronic backpain, nosebleeds, sometimes doing a slight waddle of a walk... Also it would appear I'm too 'puffed out' for my dress to fit comfortably and I've not rounded out enough to make it clear it's a belly bump and not a post-graduation crisis belly. At least it won't be too noticable under my robes.

I'm pretty sure that's illegal now. Seriously. In the old days before Internet accessibility came to Nintendo and other consoles, you could practically get away with murder with that technique. Nowadays, it's a violation of TOS.

nobody i know plays that game anymore,

my cousin's and my sister stopped playing sims 2, my cousin plays sims 4 now though.
i once tried sims 3 on a very old computer but it came slow and it was difficult how things work there
my least favourite cousin installed it but i don't like sims 3 but that's my taste.

my favourite cousin (from now almost 23) said once the same thing, sims 1 was one of the easiest of all the sims before sims 4 exist, sims 2 it's addicted and sims 3 is one of the hardest to play with
i don't know about sims 1 though since i never played that game,

but nobody i know plays the sims 2 game, well 1 roommate plays them but i never told the person i download cool hairs that person could use it

less people knows i play sims 2 since it's not that popular anymore, just 1 best friend, sister, parents and my cousin knows i still play it
my best friend even asked me if downloading cc's and hacks stuff is ilegal or not
i told him most people i know from youtube do that all the time hehe

but i won't mind if less people still plays sims 2, i started playing them when my sister lived on her on 8 years ago, she teached me a lot there how it works, (i remember i maked my cousin and her parents on the sims 2, and also an old schoolmate of mine and eventually created my own sims at first)
it was hard at first to play sims 2 on my own one day but now i get everything under control and even have a few hacks that can be helpful in the game

sometimes i sucks at giving sims a name and last name though

So like. I'm alone now. No friends and complete boredom. It's a feeling of desolation when all your friends live on the other side of the planet.

Time to face the day and turn the child out of bed.
The sad part is, I'm looking forward to having my knee cut open, bone sawed off, and metal plates being pounded into the ends of my bones so I won't have to do this for awhile.

Sims are better than us.

My father has metal in his leg from jumping off a ride-on mower when the brakes failed, breaking his leg in the process. That was 2003, 15 years ago. Now that the 15 years are up, he's worried about surgery to replace the material in the affected leg bone.

2018 was probably just as bad as 2016. He's got problems beyond his leg. I do too. In fact, I don't think anyone on Earth or throughout the universe is problem free. Same can be said for the universe in general. The problems may vary, but at the root are still problems.

From the sound of the operation, it's no different than what my father had.

Get better soon!

I made the mistake of mentioning that I found a recipe for banana bread for the bread maker the other day. I call it a mistake as almost every conversation that has been had since I brought it up has something to do with banana bread. This morning when we went grocery shopping for veggies and such was no exception. Banana bread this, banana bread that.

I got tired of having that conversation, so...I figured I'd get input for meal planning for the month of Jan. I came up with two options: Keep it simple. Get a special from the butcher shop as then all I would have to think about is sides, veggies, ect.... Or dig into the two new cookbooks I ordered and meal plan from those. It was like asking a small child to pick one thing from a candy store, AKA I got nowhere and banana bread discussion started all over again.

It can't be just me that goes through this, right? Right?

So much for making conversation. I just need to keep my trap shut and not say anything. Even that won't help though as then it will turn into a "What's the matter with you?" type-thing which is worse than the never-ending banana bread conversation.

Graduated today I'm so happy!
I was super nervous at first because I didn't really know anyone on the specific course I was on (each branch of Psychology was seated seperately), but I ended up chatting with the person I was sitting next to. Turns out she was geeky and sarcastic like me, so we joked and complained throughout the whole ceremony. She use to sit a few rows in front of me in Clinical Neuropsychology I & II but we never really spoke.

@Bigsimsfan12 Congratulations!

My daughter (who also did her Batchelor's at Aber) graduated yesterday from Birmingham, with an MA in Creative Writing. Did you get a photograph done?

Congratulations to your daughter! I completed my Masters degree at Aberystwyth's rival school, Bangor. So I wore my Aberystwyth shorts under my Bangor robe, because I'm not a traitor!

Also I got a photo; I only had one single professional one, unlike last time when I had a single and a family photo. But I don't know how well that turned out yet, it should be arriving in the post some time in January (where it will inevitably get mauled by the dog, I wish the postman used the postbox instead of the letterbox ) but my Fiance took some pretty nice photos, including a hilarious one of me wearing my robe like a Dementor from Harry Potter

Great picture! We got a family pic too; they said they'd email a link to us to choose which ones we want. 67 quid for a set of photos! They'd better be good- but we got lots of snapshots too.

I made a tongue-in-cheek joke this afternoon about how the bread machine would die making bread this afternoon, and it did, kind of. Half of the 2 pound pan looks like bread dough, the other half is flour and whatever else didn't get mixed. The paddles that mix the dough stopped working. I've had the machine for over 10 years, so I can't complain except for the fact that I wasted time and ingredients on something that is not edible.

For the time being, there should be no more chatter about banana bread. My son has offered to buy a new machine, so there will be bread made by the weekend. Yeah I could make it by hand, but I have a cold and feel like crap so that isn't happening.

Well this would've been back in the days of the Playstation & PS2 and memory cards. Good times.

I just noticed that this site has changed ever so slightly. It seems to be just the forums, though.
