Default Lovecraftian/cultist cc
Hello, I've been wondering if there's much lovecraft-inspired cc, such as a lovecraft sim, or mythos statues and cultist robes. I found here something called a Cthulhuian, which I assume is a sim that looks kind of like Cthulhu, but a lot of that creator's stuff is gone. I love making weird sims and turning them into townies for the sheer humor of seeing an alien walking around the town supermarket. Plus, I want to try making a cult, complete with robes and statues of their gods, and this kind of stuff might help.

Sorry, I can't help with the H.R. Giger creature, but I do know there's a wide variety of outfits for witches, wizards, Harry Potter characters and all sorts of other fantastic people right here at MTS. The first set that comes to mind is the Kingdom Hearts Nobody Organization set:http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=193653. You can try the Garden of Shadows forum as they have gothic and weird stuff that might meet your needs. If you aren't a member yet there, be patient as it may take a whole day or more to be approved. http://gardenofshadows.org.uk/gardenofshadows/index.php Happy Hunting! ^_^

Oh! Almost forgot: some of the science fiction lots have nifty stuff included in them. I found an H.R. Giger alien beast statue in one of these: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=358679, http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=388311, or http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=234631. There's also some great sci-fi build sets with bizarre terrains and such. And there's a tentacled alien sim that might amuse you: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=289038.

Thanks! Already knew about GoS but they do have some great stuff. I was talking about HP Lovecraft specifically but Giger is fine too. That sim is awesome.

Did a bit of hunting for you and found and old WCIF thread with a similar request: http://modthesims.info/t/387797. Someone suggested Sim Slice but as that site appears to be gone, check the booty site: http://svs.paysites.mustbedestroyed...y/ts2/simslice/. The Yahoo group suggested is also gone. The Arkham set is still at TSR: https://www.thesimsresource.com/dow...0Set/id/588750/. I did a Google search to find these. It's frustrating to use Google but if you're determined enough. you might find more Lovecraft specific stuff that way.

Thanks. I already did some google searching earlier and found some of the same stuff you linked me. Just wanted to see what other people knew of. I’ll keep an eye out.

Are you still looking for Lovecraftian stuff? I found a Cthulu ship. It's on the bottom row of page 14.

It's been a year. However, the Simslice site while remaining up can't be downloaded from as it's been closed for years. Its also was a pay site.

Yes, and that means it's likely to be found in the Booty with a lot of the rest of the stuff from Simslice. In fact, you can find it on the page linked below. The filename is simslice-cthulhuship.zip

Yeah, I just went to the simslice site because I thought I saw new stuff. Nothing has been added to sims 2 or 3 stuff since 2010.

It was a paysite. Please don't go there because you can still sign up. It's a monthly fee taken directly from your bank account. The money goes into the air and there's no way to cancel. You would have to change accounts to stop it.

I apologize for giving bad advice, folks. I wasn't aware Simslice was still charging for their stuff or inactive as I hadn't actually tried to download anything yet. I'm glad the Booty Site has most of their stuff because Simslice had some stuff I want too. Thank you, joandsarah77, RoxEllen1965, and smorbie1. So much for EA Games' court order that nobody be allowed to charge for custom content. I also apologize for reviving a thread that's too old. It often takes me years to find stuff for obscure themes so I thought maybe the original questioner or someone else could still use the information.
