HELP needed with Sims & Skyrim PC Build
First time building a PC and need some help. I mainly will be playing games on high/ultra settings efficiently and smoothly - some vanilla Skyrim but mostly will be Sims 3 & 4 incl. expansion packs, heavily modded; large amount of photo & music storage; but also for general document processing & storage, web surfing, watching dvds, streaming netflix

I've gotten some suggestions on what may be good for me and liked the look of this build. Could someone give me some opinions on it and the choices for parts.

I don't know why you have a Network Adapter in there, since your motherboard already has one, but I removed it. Feel free to re-add it but seems redundant to me.

My suggestion changes up a few things. Went with a Skylake processor instead of Haswell. Switched the 2TB from Seagate brand to Western Digital. Switched out the PSU for a cheaper one, but of comparable quality. The motherboard I picked supports USB-C if that interests you.
