Default Stuff that looks old, abadoned and rusty
In Sims 2 everything looks so new and pretty which most of the times is nice. But some times you just need wallpapers, floors and objects that look old, bad kept, abandoned, rusty and dirty

I'd recommend looking through garden of shadows here , here, and here. They have a lot of stuff like what you're looking for.

There's plenty of stuff here at MTS, especially by pixelhate and a group he was in.. Purity Project. Also: dumbblonde (trashed stuff).
I'd link it all but there's actually quite a bit that a simple search here will turn up.
