Lag when walking in "follow my sim" mode
Link To Imgur: https://imgur.com/a/wzNuBx9
The lag only occurs when the camera is rather zoomed in. (doesnt require fully zoomed in but does also occur there)
Somehow the camera fails to center to the sim as the sim walks.

When leaving the camera in a fixed position, all sims move perfectly smooth.
Only when using the follow my sim mode, hotkey (H), the lags do occur.
The sim walks approx. 3 steps, then the terrain freezes while the sim moves, the the camera jumps to the sim resulting in a unsmooth movement. Quite frustrating to watch...

Using the ingame video function does affect this lag:
When using compression none (highest quiality), the lag seems to dissapear almost entirely.
When using high compression(low quality) the lag is as notable as on screen.
all videos were recorded without sound.
A 7z (23MB) with .avi files is appended. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1E...3y-_lo1H2fDITaw
one video was recorded externally with vlc but has many more issues (lightning, framerate) which arent there in the game.
I included it as reference

Does anyone experience similar effects and/or how to fix this ?
The game itself plays smoothly, minimal loading times compared to a system from 2013.
