Name of the hair and/or the creator. Don't care which, it's somewhere in my mods folder and every other sim is using this hair and it MUST BE DESTROYED

I finally found it! Its by dvdsims, here . My townies are now bald but it's better than half the male population using this hair.

I always fix the ones with sims 4 studio I don't want randoms wearing. Open package file with sims4studio, tab to categories, scroll to bottom, and uncheck alllow for randoms, then click apply to all swatches then save.
