I hope you can help me with my Sims2Pack Clean Installer.... all of a sudden the program will not open on my desktop I see the hourglass and then it's gone.
I cannot even look at my CC to delete or download. what can be the problem? I hope you can help me because I have lost my CC so many times in the past and I need what I have now for my Graceland Mansion.
please tell me what's wrong. thanks for any information.

my Clean Installer has a virus. ( Trigan horse Vundo. JD )
