In-Game Object Template NOT SHOWING UP! - File Attached

Hi all

Oaky i made a fully functional tissue box, but now in-game when i scroll to find my object it says "No Pic" and when i click on the object the dialog comes up perfectly but there is no available object to be placed down.

How can i fix this?
