I wish I could sleep like that, but I can barely sleep anymore. I hope this doesn't become a pattern for you, and if it does you can get back on track quickly because a bad sleep habit can become a problem if it gets out of hand. Sounds like you've been through a rough patch lately, so I'm sure being exhausted is to be expected. Good luck.

Well it's chronic. It's a rollercoaster thing. This time it's hopefully low after the treatment, but it will be back in a few years.

I did hope for a maintenance treatment, but after asking others it's probably better to just hope for something else.
