Did U download the WinRAR program? I was using WinZIP but now downloaded the WinRAR so i can use rar files. When i download i click save, then desktop and sims2 downloads. To access them i open my sims 2 downloads folder, then i open my documents, EA games folder, sims2 and downloads. I use the drop and drag method. where the files are downloaded too in the sims2 download folder, i rt click to open it then i click on the file like to highlight it and theres a little folder type of icon i drag to my downloads folder. It has all worked for me so far. Hope i answered your question without confusing you and if you need help my address is KandyKiss31

Yeah, you just get that annoying popup that says to register the product after your 30 days everytime you open the program. It's tolerable though WinRAR does a wonderful job.
