This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default AnyGameStarter vs "Full" game
at times when I double click on an AnyGame icon, full game would launch. clicking the arrow in the neighborhood chooser then quitting full game sometimes fixes that, but not always.
happened a number of times with Apartment Life being the most recent in the AnyGame. and happened once with Bon Voyage being most recent in the AnyGame.
has not happened with Nightlife, University, or base game being most recent in the AnyGame.

once double-clicking on full game's icon did an AnyGame launch; but a registry cleaner seemed to fix that.

You need to always right click on AGS and select run as administrator.

forgot to mention that the operating system is XP.

I had, "had" that problem when I tried to run the regular game and Any Game Starter game, once you make AGS game never start the real game again and this should not happen again.

I make 1 game with all EP's and SP's and then make it permanent and use that to play full game with.

I have 5 permanent games and 3 AGS games that I use from time to time and have never had that problem again only using AGS games.

did "Run as ..." in an AnyGame's right-click menu; and the AnyGame eventually launched.
did it once. not sure if it would work next time/times.
