Please Help! Last Exception :(
I'm having trouble identifying which mod is causing a Last Exception. Can you please help me figure it out? :/<?xml version="1.0" ?><root>

It looks like the game was looking for a file that doesn't seem to be there. (who knows with this damn game). But, if you have added any new mods since the last time you played, remove them and try playing again. If it keeps happening, you'll have to make a backup and delete the sims 4 folder completely, start the game so it creates a new one and then just add back your saves and mods. This has happened to me thousands of times and it's the only thing that ever works if it wasn't a mod causing the problem. Sometimes files just get corrupt or deleted.
Edit: upon further investigation, it seems the basemental drugs mod caused your problem. I had to delete the mod completely, it has always caused problems in my game and it sucks not being able to use it but it sucks more not being able to play at all.
Edit again: here is some helpful info, scroll down far enough and you'll find someone that had your same problem and a clean save fixed it for them.
