Default WCIF: Mod that lets you Make Changes Outside Owned Area Apartment
Is there a mod that can do this? There's clearly an object or something that makes the rooms unable to be edited

An Link to an mod or a tutorial to create cheat mods would be great

I don't think it's possible - the apartment commons seem to be part of the hood or something. At least that's what they said at the time to explain why they couldn't make the apartment freely buildable

I'm pretty sure that I saw Coolspear explain it one time that it can't be done with out reprogramming the game.
