It's a small bachleor pad. The house itself is modern. However the interior is design in raw industrial style with a little modern touch and it could be the best interior I've ever done.

I'm out of inspiration lately so I've rebuilt ts3 house (this house inspired me to build modern houses in ts3). I think it turned out pretty good.
