WCIF is for a custom content, no? At least that's what the description says so, therefor do not spank me for things I reay couldn't know. Llease and thank you!

You didn't say that you were looking for a fire station that was already in the game. As far as I know there isn't one.

Package lot counts as CC? As far I understood, it's anything created outside of the game (cas stuff, buy/build mode, ect). And yes, I don't premade lot because I'm aware such facility exists by the publishers.

... but you can download CC-free lots (still CC, just not including any other CC than the lot itself).
