There's No Smiling in CAS that stops them from making stupid faces and No CAS Idles that stops them from moving (haven't used the latter so I don't know how well it works). But honestly, the best way to create Sims in my opinion is to just make them in bodyshop since they can't move at all.

Those mods will conflict with each other, so only pick one of them.

I haven't used Body Shop in years. It takes forever to load even on the tower I have now and the interface is not as user-friendly as CAS. If you're just making sims to use in your own game, there's no reason not to use CAS, especially with all the slider mods available nowadays.
