Thank you very much for making these :D. For years I've had issues with the pool edges being so dark and drab, and now they have proper edges that most real pools have! Thank you very much

This is great! Thank you so much! I've been using Ailias’ Edge Smoothers Set, which is available here at Mod The Sims for swimming pool edging. The drawback is Ailias' Edging only works for straight and diagonal shaped pools. You've not only created a more realistic pool edge, but also for curved pools! I love it! Any chance that you'll be creating more recolors of various shades of concrete? Hope so. Thanks again!

You are very welcome, CaptainJackSims!
As for recolors, if you so desire, the texture I used as a base exists in the game. It is a floor, in Miscellaneous named Graveltar. You can find it easy with Home Crafter Plus, or with SimPE..then make more recolors. Then resize to 256x256.

I also made a black concrete recolor for my daughter who wanted Goth stuff. I did not share.
If you'd prefer not make recolors yourself, let me know.

@Rosebine Sorry to bother you again I do have all EPs up to Seasons nothing after.( it's my last installed ) But your Edging is not showing up in my buy mode it is not there under Build / Misc / swimming pool.
Your flooring do show up in the pour section. I think I may be "without" an EPs that you have and I do not ( I just check and your EPs for Sims 2 go up to FT ) so that may be my problems.
But just the same I still love what you did and you made me laugh.

This is very strange...I did clone the Season welcome mat, to make the master, and then to create all the other pieces. I have all EPs and SPs.

Normally, if you have that rug..you can have the pool edges.

Do they show up in the Collection folder though?
Else, It should show same place as your pool ladder, diving board...

@Rosebine Sorry, It is NOT there in the pool area the normal Maxis objects are there only. The floors "Only" show up under Floors / Pour The white Cement, and blue pool area floor.
About your Collection the Icon show up with nothing in, most collection files that I am aware of have always had a icon and a separate package file to go with it, your is only the icon
which shows nothing in it. Yes as I said before I do have Seasons and that rug. But I think base on your EPs environment that you created your pool edging in I do not have all those EPs
I think that is the problem or along with your icon there is no package file.

Are you sure you also placed the collection file in your Collection folder? The icon goes in Icon folder, and the collection file goes in Collection folder. It seems to me that you only moved the icon file into your game.
Object item is not like Lots...as long as you have the EP of the object I cloned, you should be fine...regardless of any SP or other EP I would have that you do not. I am really sorry, I have no clue as to why my objects aren't showing up in your game

@Rosebine I have everything in the correct place Icons in icons and the collection package in collection. Still I do not get the edging, this download is just not meant for me. So I am moving on
But I thank you just the same, I really think with all the EPS you created this edging in I am without those Eps so I think that the reasons I do not get it. Again thanks for all your time.
