Default WCIF> Pigtail hairstyle with big curls at the end?

I'm looking for a hairstyle like this one. I had a similar one in Sims 4 back in the day that had bangs and hairbows, but I can't remember who made it.
Any help would be appreciated, I'd prefer a banged hairstyle but I'm not picky.
