This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Flashing red neighbourhood
Now I've downloaded SpookyMuffin's lighting mod, when I get to a neighbourhood, it started flashing red, can someone help me with this problem?
Sims 2 Rocks! :D

Uninstall the lighting mod.
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
