Sorry I no longer play the game, but if you use the mod with newer game version you WILL have problems. 1.67 is the latest I've tested, if you have any later patch use at your own risk.

I didn't read the entire thread, but honestly, having colors affecting sims is not an excuse at all to not have CAST. They can use RGB codes to identify colors. This is almost a deal breaker for me.
