I am sorry for vanishing. Just wish there was more I could do here. I sometimes feel like I am not doing enough, but then again, it feels like there isn't much I *can* do. <=(

Wow I was just looking at some of my older uploads, I am realizing how small and not so great I made my screenshots back then!
Makes me wanna go back and redo the screens. That would also mean re-installing all the stuff to take screens since this is a different pc.. =/ but it's tempting =P
I realize I have a few lots that may be missing files in the crash. I have a few backed up on disk or a couple on my sim page.. and will replace the zips as best I can. I don't have them all because the pc I created on sucked and I got rid of it when I got this one.
I have made a few lots that I need to get around to packaging etc... so am working on that.
Have a good one... or two...

Hi folks,

i seems that several of my uploads have missing files because of the server crash. I have no way to replace most of them. If anyone has any of my work bleh in it's original state could you please let me know?

missing files include:

Halloween Outer Wall Set
3 Scooby-Doo Bedroom Sets
Little Tropical House No CC
Modern Southwestern

Hi MTS2Simmers!
Wow I have been gone for quite awhile. I would love to say that a Llama ate my pc but that's not the case =P

My old computer has been giving me 7 different kinds of hell for a very long time. I managed to squeeze every ounce I could from it before I had to send it to the pc graveyard. The processor finally gave out, the usb ports all quit working and tons more going on with it.

About a month ago I bought a used/rebuilt pc. I never thought (because of my luck probably) that it would run the Sims & all Eps/sps. I had paid half as much for the rebuilt one as I did my crap pc. So as much as I miss creating and playing the game, I decided not to try an install. Even though these sys specs far exceed the specs from my old pc.
Anyhow a friend told me to give it a shot the other day, so I did.
All is fine and dandy so far!
I miss you guys, and I especially miss the amazing staff here! I want to say to my mts2 friends that I am truly sorry about vanishing but it couldn't be helped. I live paycheck to paycheck and I just couldn't afford a computer right off the bat.
I hope everyone is doing well, I want to send big ole' hugs and well I just wanted to say howdy and that it feels good to be back. :lovestruc

Hi folks. Just thought I would pop in and say howdy! Heh my fav month is here! Full of spooky! Me like spooky I hope you excellent creators make some cool Halloween stuffs! Fresh Prince? How 'bout it my buddy?

I am working on a couple of lots, actually I have one finished. It is based on the secret society 'Skull & Bones'. Located at Yale. Only the most elite of future idiots erm leaders I mean are able to be part of this society. When I built the lot, I tried to get as close as possible to the real deal.
I named it 'Chick -N- Bones Secret Society'.

Also of course have a spooky house built, but I am making custom walls for it. Gonna try to make some ripped walls etc as well.

Lastly got a cute lil' upload I have ready but need to take screens. It's just some recolors of the Butterfly Crawler Wall Decal that came with Freetime. I love to recolor that object because I can think of neat things to do with it. I maybe use it too much lol.

Other than that been doing my thing.. Just researching and writing. I decided to stick with writing exclusively for Hotspotsz.com because it is an international audience and I can hopefully reach more readers.It seems that my boss at ProofParanormal.com has been slacking and doesn't post my articles as quick as I write them. I guess he has a lot going on in life but I can't sit still for six months wondering when the hell he is gonna post my work. At Hotspotsz, I have admin powers so I can post my work as soon as I write it.

Thought I had a chance at co-writing a book. I was approached by a chick here in Indy, she asked me to help her write a book about some paranormal stuff going on here in Indiana. I agreed. We set up a meeting time, and I drove over 80 freaking miles to her house, only to find she wanted me to conduct a damn paranormal investigation! I was pissed! I didn't say anything though, I just conducted the investigation. What a let down.

It is really hard to find legit literary agents, and legit publishers that aren't con artists. She had said she had that covered because she had been interviewed by the History channel, and had some inside connections. I know for a fact that the History Channel did interview her over an experience she and her family had gone through, which is why I decided to go that dang far away! arrgghh! Not one mention of the book when I was there, so I am going to one up her, go to who I think she talked to at the History Channel, and get some advice on a publisher. heheh :D

Hmmm well, I haven't uploaded anything for a bit. However I am working on something. I am working on a themed neighborhood plus all the sub hoods to go along with it. It is fun, but taking awhile. Making cc for some of the lots as well.

I am getting the urge to upload something though! Perhaps a set of walls I have been working on.. perhaps something else... not sure lol. oohh yeah! I have been working on a career Hopefully soon I can get that uploaded too.

Grabbed K&B stuff but I haven't installed it yet. Trying to get a couple lots finished & packaged first.

Just checking in, updating a bit. My buddy says I need to update my journal lol so here I am.

Hmmm not much going on in this part of the world, I have been trying to catch up on some writing projects, just finished a couple of lengthy articles but have managed to upload a couple of lots.

I wish I could learn to mesh, cause man I would make some kewl stuff! I would probably make a lot of spooky stuff because I am a paranormal investigator/writer. I wish they would have made a Makin' Magic type EP! argh. =P


Not much more going on than that. I am trying to figure out how to package my lots with recolors in them, rather than package the recolors seperate, because that is a pain in the ass. Both for me and the downloader. But something is stopping it from happening. Anyone has any advice please give me a holler?
Okay there is my update, rather boring I know lol. Hope everyone is having an awesome day! :D

Hi folks.
Just checking in. I am making some Christmas corkboards, and hopefully will have them done by tomorrow. Folks are probably tired of them by now lol Anyways this will be it on corkboards for now, I just like to especially make some for Halloween and Christmas. What I am planning on doing with this Christmas upload, is to include two templates for the corkboards. one darker cork and one lighter cork. From those two, you can extract many different colors by changing the hue. Or get creative and add a background. Just keep it editible and you can make alll the corkboards ya want lol I am working on a couple of other things too, such as a child's bedroom or two. Trying to get away from so much earth tones in my creating lol
Been updating Wiki with some neat advent calendars from across the web, so if you want a quick convenient list that's where to find it. Am also working on updating the whole Christmas section in general, so keep checking back! Been to Sims 2 Wiki? No?

Okay, as promised I made some more BV stained glass doors, only this time I added some stained glass windows from Uni as well. I have 3 sets so far, and am going to do one or two more sets and will get them uploaded within the next two days. Sorry it took so long heheh anyhoo I hope you guys will like them! Okay, I thought I would let folks know that may wonder or possibly read this, why I haven't updated my site, blingblingsims.net. lol I know it's just a small hardly mentionable site to begin with, but this is just for folks that wanna know.
Some may know that I am a writer. That has been taking priority right now... especially this month. * I write spooky stuff * =P
But that's not the main reason. You see, I switched servers, I used to be hosted by Yahoo, which allowed me to use a tool that easily helped me create my site. *basic stuff* a good friend, (I bet if you read this, chances are, you would know of whom I speak), offered a better hosting deal, so I accepted, but that meant giving up my very simplifed Yahoo tool. =P
I now have to learn HTML. I've no time to do that this month. Sooo, we have the creative side versus the webmaster side. The creative side is winning right now lol
Delphy granted me an interview hmmm I dunno maybe 6 months ago. Some of the best advice I took from that interview, is basically, it is hard for one to be a creator and a webmaster, but if your going to do it, he gives good advice. And my thing is I love to mess with web elements when given time to learn. But honestly, at times, I consider it *non fun* work, rather than an enjoyable hobby as I want it to be, because I am doing both creating and webmaster. I like the idea of coming here, or Parsimoneous or Sapphire =P and clicking the upload button, and poof your done unless you screw up an easily rectified detail. lol
Ahhh but alas, the time will come in a month or two, when inevitably, I will get back to updating my site.... I love it and miss it truly, but right now, I'm just enjoying the fun of creating.

* random sim fact: I just noticed in game the other day, that one of the mirrors has two little llamas embedded into the frame at the bottom lol
