For adults, maybe it'll work with the mesh for the Uni cheerleaders?

ETA: I checked. The TXMTs for the Uni cheerleader outfits link to the TF textures. I don't know whether those outfits show in Body Shop, but if you enter "afbodycheerleader" into the Extracting stage of the PJSE Body Mesh Tool, it'll pull up the mesh.

Good call. I saw this comment before you edited it so I went and found an unhider/YA-to-adult enabler for the cheer uniforms, which should do the trick just as well.

I've found a mesh that would be perfect for converting this for children. Unfortunately, it's not easy to get the textures to sit right. I tried and it was just too much for me with my rudimentary skills, but I encourage anyone else to give it a go if they want.
