Wow, great job! I especially like the open but covered courtyard area. Very cool.

Nice creation, definitely nabbing to place in the game. However in the CC list (non-store items) you linked the Art Nouveau Chair for TS4, not TS3. The TS3 version of the same chair I believe is used here; https://www.thesimsresource.com/dow...air/id/1078177/
