You're welcome! Actually, I thought about modifying MogHughson's job board for that purpose, but I didn't wind up actually figuring out how to do that since owned business information is stored in Lua scripts and I don't know a thing about Lua. So at least for the moment it has to be done from the business owner's side.

Sorry, what do you mean by that? This is not a new object, or a new interaction, it just modifies when the existing Hire social can appear.

Lately I've been doin a bit more with the business side of the game and found this to be particular irritating. I mean, seriously, when you go for a job interview you don't know the person, so why should you need a good relationship with someone to hire them ... bleehh ... I thank you muchly for fixin this stupidity dumped on us by EAxis :D
