Wow, you are back in black! Welcome back!
This is a nice default. I never used this outfit as it usually shows way too much skin and I wasn't sure I liked the colors that Maxis gave us. Gotta love your new recolor though. A must have! Thanks for this.

I admire everything you know about meshes. No idea how you make a mesh part pull a texture from another mesh part, you are awesome with these things. I gotta find myself a book about milkshape, and learn to do the things you do.

@billielith - Aw, thank you. MTS has wonderful tutorials for Milkshape, UV mapping, mesh editing, etc. If you have questions, ask in the create forums and folks will help. If you mention me with an @ in the create forums, I'll be glad to answer. I studied computer graphics in college, so meshing, normal vectors, and UV mapping were familiar to me, but the tools like Milkshape and Lithunwrap were not. Everything I learned about them was from the MTS forums. I love your textures and can't wait to see what you plan to do with meshes.

You are really nice. I might try that. The one thing I've been trying to do along the years is to finish my sim of Jack Nicholson - his look in the 70s, in movies like Cuckoo's Nest and The Shining. His hair is what I am stuck with, lol. I've been working on a nightmare of a mesh I tried to make for it, but I keep hitting bumps in the road, lol. My recent hair mesh is, in fact, made from a part of that thing, lol.
There is nothing like this nowhere on the internet, lol. I studied graphic arts in college, but we never had classes about meshing, normal vectors, or UV mapping. I have no idea how to make a valid, working 3D shape from scratch, lol. Good that you learned all that. Making sims stuff is fun.

I know I can't do it, but I'm still going to do it. - M. C. Escher

@billielith - That is quite some hair! I don't make any of my meshes from scratch in MilkShape. I just use existing ones and change them and add on to them. There's a lot we can do by duplicating an existing group and editing the heck out of it. You artistic background really shows in your work. For me, the hardest part has always been texturing and painting, so now I know to ask you, hee hee.

I think I like this better without the bracelet, though I'd probably use the bracelet as an accessory if it were available as one.

As for meshing tutorials... I still haven't learned to read cuneiform.

@dharden - You gave me the giggles! I love the MTS tutorials but I studied meshing in college so had a bit of a head start. Maybe I should make some video tutorials at some point if I find the time? I teach now so I'm itching to help folks learn to mesh.

Thanks for posting this and all of the things you make, I love them! I've been enjoying the content you make ever since a friend found out I was restarting my game from scratch after I quit playing back in 2010 and she chucked a thumb drive at me which contained a copy of her own download folder from her game. OMG, is that woman organized and insane about every creator having their own folder and yours is one of the biggest... Thanks for making my game that much more fun!
