I didn't think this house could be salvaged - thanks for proving me wrong! Incredible how good you got it to look, and I love the playhouse, will be using that idea in my own game a lot. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice looking "makeover", Ruby. I've never seen that house before so it probably did come with TSS. (I don't have that SP) However I look foreward to playing it... thanks for sharing your re-build!

I downloaded this house because it looks great. I really like what you did with it, but think I should tell you what happened when I installed it in my game. It took a very very long time to enter the lot. 4-5 minutes or more. And when I did, there was a hole and pile of dirt with a dog standing beside it. Two more dogs were on the porch. All were motionless. I deleted all of them and because I don't have several of the cc you recommended and actually can't have the daybed because it was a "donation" site and I don't do those, I began making the simplest changes I could. I used the stairs you talked about and a regular bed and installed the ladder. Then was told I didn't have money to do anything else like the fence. That shouldn't happen on an empty lot. After I saved and returned to the neighborhood, It gave me a for sale message and a price and going back in seemed to solve the problem. Just thought you would want to know though.

Hi @Sandya
Sorry you've had problems with it, though couldn't begin to answer why!
The packaged house had never ever been occupied, so there shouldn't be any animals showing up.

I went ahead and downloaded the file I uploaded here to see if I could mimick the same problems. And while it did indeed take a little longer to load than what is normal for me (about a min and a half) there was nothing else weird showing up in the way of animals, or anything else and build/buy mode was all normal.

Theres 3 things I can only think could have been the problem with yours and that is possibly you don't have the original stuff pack the house came with (teen style) though I don't know if that would cause a problem or not. Also did you install things BEFORE installing the lot as that can stuff it up too, and then if neither of that is it then I'd say there maybe a cc conflict somewhere. Other than those 3 things I sadly can't help further with it, as I wasn't able to replicate the same problems!

One more thing though, but then this shouldn't affect it either, is for some reason the recolour folder wasn't showing in the zip, even though I had added it. There is now a separate folder under the download button if you wanted to add it, unless you'd already gone and added them via the links.

Also Klaartjes Simblr, (where the sofa bed is from) as far as I'm aware, has never been a donation site, so not sure where that info comes from!

But Im glad you got it all working and hope theres no further problems!

Thanks for your reply and for trying to duplicate my experience. I do have everything - both as individual discs, and since The Ultimate came out, that is what I am using. Thought you'd like to hear that the second time placed the lot and entered it, there was still the very very long entry time, but no dogs and no holes! Maybe just a glitch. Klaartjes Simblr site did say it was a donation site, but though the daybed is a nice touch it wasn't necessary. I love her work.
