The penultimate home in my Wisteria Lane Sims 4 series: I present to you 4354 Wisteria Lane .
This large family home has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two fireplaces, and a formal dining room. Base game only! Built by CarlDillynson, February 2016.
The floor plan in this house is very similar to its Sims 3 counterpart, but a few small changes exist. The biggest change would be the master bathroom. I found an episode of Desperate Housewives which features Bree's bathroom heavily in one scene, so I went off that for this new version. The Sims 3 bathroom is completely different because I didn't really look at any pictures of it, but this new version is much more accurate.
Like in the Sims 3 version, I didn't set up the garage as a test kitchen (as it is used in seasons 5-6) because then Sims always annoyingly use it, but it's there in case you want to set it up yourself! It could be used as a guest house, or a hobby room! The exterior of it looks really good, in my opinion.
As I was (re)building this new version I found that the floor plan of the second floor is quite difficult to understand. For example, as one scene has Bree's bedroom in the front of the house, and the very next scene it's made to appear that the bathroom is in the front. Both the bedroom and bathroom can't be in the front of the house in the same spot, so I had to adjust accordingly. It was actually quite frustrating trying to figure out which room should go where, but I digress. I also kind of mixed styles in this version. I doubt anyone would really notice, but I used Bree's dining room from seasons 1-6, and the living room from seasons 7-8. I never liked the redone dining room, but I loved the redone living room, so I chose to decorate each room in the style I preferred. Like I said, I doubt anyone even cares, but I thought I would just let people know in case they were expecting everything to be perfect. I think the finished result turned out really well, and I think this is my favorite Sims 4 Wisteria Lane house! I hope you enjoy this home as much as I do!

7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
