This little architecturally nonsensical house features a split-level, open floor plan ground floor and a little bedroom upstairs. Also upstairs is a large outdoor art studio (easels, woodworking). The topmost level is taken up by the dance studio. Ground and upper floors each have a fully furnished bathroom. Small bar downstairs in the dining area.
The garden has two more easels, a chess table and a treadmill, a hot tub, yoga mat, as well as a dining table and 5 large planters.
Fully furnished and decorated in a cute, eclectic style.
1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

Only CC used is the Rustic Sleeper Modified and Recoloured.
